Faster than you might think ?
Most of my clients are pleasantly surprised by how quickly a purchase can be completed. If you have selected a specific apartment and have the funds available, the entire process — from selection to signing and key handover — can take as little as 5 to 10 days.

In addition to the property price, there are mandatory fees and taxes when buying property in Egypt. I explain everything clearly from the very beginning, so you have a full overview and can plan your budget without stress.
Typically, you should expect the following costs:

  • Property purchase price, depending on type and location

  • Annual resort maintenance fee if the property is part of a serviced complex (reception, swimming pool, security). Each resort sets its own maintenance fee.

  • Installation of electricity and water meters. For new properties, individual meters must be installed, which is a major advantage as you pay utilities based on actual consumption. The cost for both is approximately €350.

  • Property tax, paid once per year. The amount depends on apartment size and usually starts at around €15 per year.

No hidden fees. You only pay for the property itself.
This is because most apartments are offered directly by developers who have their own legal teams, which we can use — meaning there are no additional charges.
